All guests and visitors must sign-in at the office before entering the resort.

This property is privately owned and the management/owners/staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, electrical surges, damage to my/our personal property, acts of man/god or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. I agree to pay for any and all damage done by myself, my pets or any person with me or visiting us during our stay. Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 799.20, et. seq., a recreational vehicle may be removed from the premises without judicial hearing, after the service of a 72-hour notice, if the occupant who has been in the park for 30 days or less, has either (1) failed to pay for his/her occupancy in the park, or (2) failed to comply with the park’s rules and regulation. SMOKING POLICY – I have also been instructed that  if I smoke in or the smell of smoke is in a non-smoking room during/from my stay,
a minimum non-refundable $300 cleaning fee will be charged to my credit card.

PET POLICY – NO PETS of any kind are allowed in the Lodge Rooms. Pets are also not allowed in the restrooms or any other buildings on the property, including pool area. Should you have a pet in your room you will be subject to a $150 cleaning fee and immediate removal from the property.  RV Guests are allowed pets but they must be leashed AT ALL TIMES and are only allowed within the RV portion of the Resort. Pets must be leashed within the campsite area to avoid contact with passersby. Owner is responsible for picking up animal’s waste IMMEDIATELY. Pets cannot be left unattended ANYWHERE in the RV park. Annoying barking is not allowed. Pets are not permitted in the restrooms or any other building on the property.

DAMAGE POLICY -Meadowcliff is authorized to charge my credit card for any and all damages and/or any other charges, including but not limited to missing or damaged bedding, towels, furniture, doors, windows, equipment, etc.

PAYMENT, DEPOSIT, REFUND, ETC – Full payment is due upon arrival. Charges are for ALL days reserved. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as cause for refund or deposit. NO refund for late arrival or early departure. 

I AGREE TO READ AND TO COMPLY WITH ALL RESORT RULES AND REGULATIONS AS POSTED IN THE OFFICE,  IN OTHER MATERIALS AND/OR ON THE GROUNDS.

I understand that violation of ANY of the Resort’s Guidelines/Regulations will constitute grounds for IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
